About Me

Choosing the path less traveled.

How to sum me up? In my youth I was an artist and a dreamer. In my adulthood I was a successful ad executive. In my second adulthood I am a joyful coach, learner, connector and once again creative dreamer (I always was). I’m a believer in life, and all things not-settling.

My mission is to be the bridge for the realization that you can build whatever you want for your life: who you want to be, how you want to show up, and what you want to create, for yourself, for others, for the world…

I believe we are here to share our gifts. I believe it would not only be NICE to live our lives with freedom and flexibility and fun, but that this is the way things are MEANT to be.

I know what it feels like to feel you’re on the wrong path, not directing your own life, when you know you are capable of so much more. I was an outwardly successful ad exec but inwardly felt like I was wearing the wrong suit. Itchy, too tight, and not my style. Everyone else thought I looked great.

I know how important it was for me to get out of limbo and to start being a participant in my own existence. It wasn’t a choice for me to change anymore, it was vital.

Now I help create that change for others, to show up in their own lives as the best version of themselves. To know they can create whatever it is they desire. The most invigorating experience is to see my clients realize and own their power over their destiny, and to step into the life they are meant to be living. I work with people who inspire me every day.

When not being inspired by clients or calling out their b.s., I’m connecting with friends and family, having weird introspective conversations with fellow coaches, taking in the beauty of travel, the water, art or the little things, eating oysters, reading the next personal development book, expertly putting together Ikea furniture, exercising, amateur golfing, experimenting with the next woo-woo thing...that sounds like a lot! I’m also real good at taking it eeea-sy.

Now I would love to learn more about you. You ready?
