Prior to coaching, I was an expert doer, I was assertive and goal-oriented and active and I did all the things but I also felt overwhelmed and exhausted. I worried that working with a coach would increase my to-do list. Instead it gave me space and clarity. Christine knew me before she was a Career Coaching expert. She knew I had a dream that I hadn't made a lot of headway with. She offered me an initial call, to which I tried to deny her offer by saying, "But I know what I need to do I just need to DO it." Christine identified that I was experiencing a big road block in my path or hurdle in my life that I was not yet moving past. She helped me see that I was on the edge of ‘stepping into my own personal power’ but that I was holding myself back for some reason.
